Jenny and Ian’s Field and Stream Frolic

The setting at Full Moon Lodge in the Catskills is grotesquely gorgeous.  If you lift your camera and blindly point it in any direction, it’s not far-fetched that you’ll grab a piece of the stunning landscape. It is, hands down, one of our favorite places to shoot (and we’re lucky to do this regularly). Jenny and Ian, as the cherries on top of this beauty cake, were equally stunning. Adorable and sickly in love, laid-back and ready to get down and dirty (quite literally, ready to wander through streams and woods) these guys created a scene that was complete eye-candy.

Mariah and Eric and Brooklyn

If food trucks and the Brooklyn Bridge aren’t representative of this borough, then we just don’t know what is. Mariah and Eric were soo completely laid-back while being absolutely fabulous partiers. Even getting caught in a sudden downpour and stranded under the bridge couldn’t dampen their spirits (and we tried not to let it dampen our photo plans). With Slavic Soul Party providing, without a doubt, THE greatest dance music we’ve ever experienced, this was one seriously fun day.

Brooke and Kyle

These dear friends of ours rocked out in The Green Building this summer in what was a fantastically classic Brooklyn wedding. Apart from the expected awesomeness of working while being surrounded by friends, the fact that these guys are, as evidenced here, a snazzy glamorous duo made making good pictures of them even easier.

Jolan and Bennett (and a farm)

These two Atlantans found a goldmine at the family-run Waterwheel Farm in New Jersey, which had never hosted an outdoor wedding before. The jaw-dropping location and fun-lovingness of these folks nearly melted my lens off. Here are few faves from the day.

Zhen & Chris’ Engagement Frolic

If you can’t tell (because you’re a sociopath or something) Zhen and Chris are fun.  Pure fun, theatrical and goofy lovebirds who could arguably pass for 50s movie stars. Shooting their engagement frolic in Riverside Park felt like no work at all, and it was all we could do to eventually put down our cameras after several hours.
